  • A comforting session which you can safely express yourself and organize your inner thoughts. Each session lasts for one hour and is conducted online via Zoom.

  • After successful payment, participants will receive an email containing:

    • the Zoom Meeting ID.

    • and the meeting password.

    On the scheduled appointment date, participants may enter the Zoom meeting using the provided information to begin the session.

    • People who tend to accumulate emotions easily

    • Those who wish to organize their inner thoughts

  • By completing payment, participants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the platform’s course rules, refund policy, and terms of use.

    All course reservations are confirmed based on the payment completion time.

  • Once we've received your return, please allow 7 days for processing. After we've released your refund, it may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

    3.1 Refund Requests Before the Course Begins

    Participants may request a refund no later than 72 hours before the course start time.

    The platform will deduct:

    • third-party payment processing fees,

    • bank handling fees,

    • or administrative transfer charges.

    The remaining balance will be refunded through the original payment method.

    3.2 Cancellation Within 72 Hours Before the Course

    If a cancellation request is made within 72 hours before the course begins, full refunds will not be provided, as course arrangements and reservation allocations have already been prepared.

    Depending on the situation, the platform may arrange:

    • one course rescheduling (to be used within three months), or

    • one reservation retention (to be used within three months).

    3.3 After the Course Has Begun

    Once the course has started, or once any of the following has been provided:

    • Zoom meeting link.

    the service shall be considered activated and no refund requests will be accepted.

  • Refunds will not be provided under circumstances including but not limited to:

    • unstable personal internet connection,

    • personal device issues,

    • failure to join the Zoom session on time,

    • personal scheduling conflicts,

    • leaving the course midway for personal reasons.

  • If the course is canceled or postponed due to platform-related reasons, participants will be notified accordingly.

    The platform will arrange:

    • transfer to another available class.

  • If a participant is unable to join the Zoom session on time due to unexpected circumstances, the platform may assist with rescheduling.

    To request a rescheduled session, participants must provide relevant screenshots or proof of the unexpected issue.

    Applicable situations may include:

    • unstable internet connection,

    • internet disconnection,

    • personal device malfunction.
